Columbia Gorge One-Design Regatta
& Tasar US National Championships

August 2-3, 2008

The Columbia Gorge Racing Association is pleased to welcome the J-24, Melges-24, Tasar, Laser, Vanguard 15, and Fireball classes to the Columbia River Gorge for the 2008 Columbia Gorge One-Design Regatta. This regatta will also be the Tasar US National Championships. For official information about the regatta, please see the Notice of Race.

The Columbia River Gorge at Cascade Locks, Oregon

Regatta Format

A minimum of 3 races must be completed to constitute a regatta. When 5 or more races are completed, sailors may discard their worst score. When 10 or more races are completed, sailors may discard their worst two scores.

Cascade Locks is located in the heart of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, 45 minutes east of Portland International Airport on Interstate 84. Cascade Locks and surrounding communities have a wide range of accommodations from camping to four-star resort hotels (see visitor information).
