About our Lessons
What to Bring:
Cascade Locks/Stevenson Resident Lessons
Sailors will learn rigging, boat handling, safety, and more. These lessons is designed to go over all aspects of safely launching and sailing CGRA’s O’Pen Bic and RS Feva sailboats. With the lighter evening winds all skill levels can easily build confidence on the water from our sailing instructors.
What to bring/requirements:
Swimsuit, towel, and shoes to get wet. Students should be able to swim 25 yards.
Lessons are taught Sunday afternoon/evenings.
Register at Thursday Community Sailing or by emailing Dierk at email@example.com. Walk up's may be out of luck due to no registrations.
No equipment needed, lifejackets will be provided.
Free to Cascade Locks/Western Gorge Residents with ID. When space allows residents of North Bonneville, Stevenson may participate. Other scholarships are available upon request for school lunch eligible kids. Click here for for more information on scholarships.
Other Sailing Lessons:
